RETURN POLICY


Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds

Packages will be processed on a first come basis. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for any other reason, please return your item per our refund policy above. We do not offer exchanges due to the limited stock and availability of items. We will gladly refund your item so that the correct item can be ordered if it is in stock.

Overview

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days​ of delivery.
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
  • If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
  • We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.


SHIPPING


Domestic

Orders are packaged within 1-3 business days and shipped through USPS First Class and Priority Mail. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility.

International

Orders are packaged within 1-3 business days and shipped through USPS First Class International. It takes approximately 7-12 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Gympire is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. 

Overview

  • We don't ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
  • Gympire is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 
  • The risk of loss and title for all orders is passed to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 
  • The customer is responsible for filling out their personal delivery information properly.
